Almost everything on the menu are made fresh daily to make sure you get the best slurping experience, from the light-but-packs a punch beef stock to their hearty chicken curry. Their best seller, Mee Sup Utara is the cure to almost everything except your life problems!

If you’re living in Taman Melawati then you would know this tiny kiosk tucked inside a food court just across the road from Melawati Corporate Centre. Maphilindo have been serving up young and old melawatians since the early 90’s.
Their wide selection of noodles and soups includes Mee Sup Utara and Kuey Teow Kari Special and not forgetting Sup Ekor, Sup Tulang and Sup Perut. Little has change since they started spoiling us with their unpretentious fare.
Here you can see one of my favourites, Kuey Teow Kari Special which means an extra helping of their wicked and tremendously succulent braised meat, you’ll have a choice liver, beef chunks, tripe and chicken bits to choose from but i always opt for one of everything which will set you back around RM8.00.
But a must try for this place which is their “die hard fans” favourites, is the Mee Sup utara! Specially made beef stock made from braising liver, paru, oxtail, tulang and beef chunks all together for up to 12 hours. That serves up with a fresh pile of greens, crunchy taugeh and lobak asin will definitely make you “termimpi-mimpi” once you take the first slurp.
