Angah started selling Ramly Burgers 15 years ago and have been making a name for himself as one of the most well known Ramly Burger stall in Bandar Sunway. Due to the inexpensive tengah pokai pun boleh beli lagi price and generous portions of his Burgers business has been good. Fast forward to 2017, he came up with a Crispy Chicken Burger Baek using his mother’s recipe and it exploded from there.
Angah didn’t do or add anything fancy into his Crispy Chicken Burger Baek, the recipe is pretty straight forward. It’s Deep Fried Chicken Thigh, lightly doused with their in-house cheese sauce, some chili sauce and a dab of mayo for good measure. The burger here is not drowned in sauces like most Ramly Burger stalls and that just makes it even better because you can savour every layer of the burger, cool kan?
To give the Chicken Burger that extra umph or kick, you can even add extra cheese on it for an additional RM1.00. Murah kan? And they even give a pack of their in-house black pepper sauce to add that extra zip!
Roughly Angah goes through 1500 chicken thighs and he buy his fresh produce like lettuce, meat and etc daily. Nothing is frozen here at Burger Baek. And for all this freshness and goodness, the Crispy Chicken Burger is only RM4! RM4! If you guys still not happy, tak tahu lah nak cakap apa. It’s worth it and I can see now why people flock the Burger Baek stall again and again.
